FAQ about long-term stays

What is included in the monthly rate?
As with a shorter stay, all additional costs such as house maintenance, electricity, water and Internet WiFi are always included. The final cleaning is always charged separately.

Can I officially register my residence in the apartment?
Yes, you can register with the Residents’ Office. We will provide you with the necessary EWID on request. Each apartment has its own letterbox for receiving letters and post.

Can regular maintenance cleaning or linen changes be arranged?
Yes, we offer optional service packages. According to your needs. On a regular basis or to order.

Is there a minimum length of stay?
Monthly rates / corporate rates are available for stays of at least 60 nights. You will find the other conditions on the following document in addition to our GTC.

Are there specific move-in and move-out dates, e.g. move-in on 01.09 or move-out on 30.09?
No, in principle you can arrive or depart on any date, provided that there is availability and your booking has been confirmed accordingly.
